Multiple Gas Transformer DGA Monitoring Unit
Model: PASL-3000
Innovatively using semiconductor laser technology and photo-acoustic spectroscopy detection technology, Multiple Gas Transformer DGA Monitoring Unit PASL-3000 can measure Hydrogen(H2), Carbon Monoxide(CO), Carbon Dioxide(CO2), Methane(CH4), Acetylene(C2H2), Ethane(C2H6), Ethylene(C2H4) etc. dissolved gases as outlined by international standards as well as moisture(H2O) in oil. The on-line measurement allows the user to detect and diagnose a complete range of transformer faults.
The PASL-3000 is on-line transformer DGA monitoring unit, which is widely used to monitor medium and large sized transformers in power generation, transmission or industrial field.
Main Features
●This monitoring unit introduces semiconductor laser technology and photoacoustic spectroscopy technology to a new field, which has a remarkable effect on detecting dissolved gas in transformer oil, improving the fault detection rate in the initial stage of the main transformer, and reducing the fault incidence and operation and maintenance cost.
●All-components dissolved gas measurement and analysis. Adopt photo-acoustic spectroscopy to measure gas component contents of Hydrogen(H2), Carbon Monoxide(CO), Carbon Dioxide(CO2), Methane(CH4), Acetylene(C2H2), Ethane(C2H6), Ethylene(C2H4), moisture(H2O) etc. 8 types gases, also can be extended to measure component contents of Nitrogen(N2) and Oxygen(O2).
●No carrier gas, no maintenance, no power cut installation. The oil sample is directly sampled through the oil inlet, and the oil sample is returned to the oil tank after analysis, so there is no power cut during installation. No carrier gas and re-calibration is required during operation, which is truly maintenance-free.
●Narrow bandwidth accurate test, avoid interference. Laser light source, no filter, can accurately avoid cross interference when detecting mixed fault gas, high measurement accuracy, good repeatability.
●Constant temperature vacuum degassing, safe and reliable. High degassing efficiency, degassing oil sample does not contact with external air, oil sample "0" pollution "0" loss, to ensure the safety of transformer oil return.
●Electronically modulated laser avoids mechanical structural failures. The laser is driven by electric signal to generate pulse optical signal, which replaces the modulation disk of traditional infrared light source photoacoustic spectrum system, reduces mechanical vibration and loss, and reduces the failure rate of equipment.
●Remote terminal display. The monitor supports MODBUS and IEC61850 protocol, which can provide remote terminal display, including equipment operation status, real-time measurement data, data column analysis graph, trend graph, report and warning prompt.
●Multiple data communication, remote centralized management. Advanced remote centralized management software can summarize and monitor the running status and test data of multiple monitors, and provide perfect trend analysis and diagnosis results. It supports RS485, Ethernet, GPRS, Optical Fiber etc. communication modes.
